Human Pyramid is inspired from a photograph of Alexander Rodchenko, Female Pyramid from 1936. It is a replica 1:1 of the structure, seen in the photograph, carrying women in a pyramidal form.
The size of the sculptures is variable according to the exhibition space. The largest Pyramid made so far was 3m 15 high with a diameter of 2m 20 cm and was exhibited at Bonniers Konsthall, Stockholm in 2008. |
